Academic Discipline

  1. The students are advised to see all the notices displayed on the different  notice boards. Ignorance in this matter is no excuse.
  2. Strict discipline must be maintained in the campus. Identity card issued at the time of admission should be preserved for 2 years and should be produced on demand.
  3. Punctuality is of great importance in the college.
  4. Politeness and good manners will be expected from all students towards each other and towards all members of the staff.
  5. Obedience to instructions given by teachers and other members of the staff is essential.
  6. Students are advised to park their vehicles in the authorised parking only.
  7. Students are not expected to be away from classes without valid reason. In case of medical emergencies a Medical certificate must be provided to the college authorities, and only 10 Medical leaves are allowed for the year. Vacation dates are to be strictly adhered to and the students must return to College on time.
  8. Co-operation from the students is solicited for keeping the college clean.
  9. Parents can meet Principal / Teacher only by prior appointment.
  10. Mobile phone is not allowed in class room, if caught it will be confiscated.
  11. If any damage to infrastructure, lab material etc. happened will be recovered from Industrial.
  12. It is compulsory for student to purchase journals from college office only.
  13. 75% attendance is compulsory for all subject otherwise scholarship, Free ship will be cancelled and student will not be allowed for final exam.
  14. All internal exams, tutorials and tests are compulsory for all students otherwise concern student will be responsible for the cause.
  15. Management has full authority to rusticate the student in case of violation /Disobedience of the Rule.

Admission Process

  1. Students seeking admission to FY class must fill in the admission form with all the required details on http://asianacademypune.ac.in/
  2. Students should use their ACTIVE MOBILE NUMBER and VALID and ACTIVE GMAIL ID ONLY for registration.
  3. Ensure that all information is filled up correctly( fields marked * are compulsory)
  4. The Students are not required to come to college for any admission process since the process is online. In case of any queries, Please send in a mail to [email protected].

Note

  1. Students should refer to updated instructions and online admission procedure on the college website from time to time. They are subjects to change without giving any prior notice to students.
  2. Students should preferably use Desktop or Laptop to fill the admission form.

The Students should keep following list of scanned documents, whichever applicable ready to be uploaded for on-line admission in .jpg format.(Maximum file size allowed is 500KB for each document).

  3. Mark list of XIIth Standard/ Equivalent examination.
  4. School/ College Leaving Certificate(If Available)
  5. Student’s Photo
  6. Student’s Signature
  7. Caste Certificate
  8. Caste Validity (For ST Category Students)
  9. Non-Creamy Layer Certificate.
  10. Gap Certificate/ Affidavit in original in case of break in education(Notary affidavit on Rs.100/- Stamp paper)
  11. Document Required to support Claim for defense/Sports/ Physically Challenged Quota.
  12. Income Certificate of 2020-21/2021-22 issued by Tahasildar (for SC/ST category challenged quota.

Please Note:

  • Considering the Pandemic situation admissions will be done based on the documents uploaded by the students. However Students have to submit original school/ College leaving Certificate along with the required document(s) for verification whenever the college demands, as it is essential for the eligibility process.
  • At the time of admission, students obtaining admission against respective cast category should upload scanned copy of all original certificates for verification, otherwise admission through respective category cannot be given.
  • All admission will be given as per the rules and regulations laid down by government of Maharashtra and Savitribai Phule Pune University.
  • Admission taken online will be considered as Provisional Admission and will be confirmed only after submitting Original LC of Previous college.
